Bosworth Battlefield

We had a bit of time today before you’re off on holiday (!) with Mummy & Isabelle later on – you’re very excited about this!!

The weather was nice this morning so we went for a walk around the battle field. I think most of it went slightly over your head but you did seem to enjoy all the gore of the Tudor age!

Fruit Picking & Bike Ride

It’s that time of year again when the fruit in the fields gets it lovely red colour and (provided you’ve booked) you can go and pick them!

You were both very good and didn’t want to eat any until after we’d paid (despite how your lips look!) – it was nice to see such a strong moral compass 😊

Once we’d got back we met up with Nana and went for a socially distant picnic in the University and just managed to dodge the showers!

First Football

Today you went to her first football session – you’ve been saying for a while that you wanted to give football a go so when Mummy saw an advert for a local club a few weeks ago we got very excited!

I was very proud of you because even though it was cold and wet you stuck it out right to the end of the session!

Manor Farm

Mummy had booked tickets for a Halloween event at Manor Farm today.

As well as feeding the animals, putting the animals to bed, riding a milk float, making campfire toast, carving a pumpkin plus lots of craft activities you also got to go in to the spooky woods and pretended to be witches doing magic!

Twin Lakes

Mummy has lots lined up for Halloween this year and today we went to Twin Lakes to see all their Halloween displays.

Your friends Eloisa and Amelina were there so you both got to go on lots of rides! Jessica didn’t enjoy the spooky circus show so she carved a pumpkin with Mummy – pretty good it is too!

They had lots of craft activities – you completed over 12 different activities between you and entered a prize draw because you’d done so much!

You did picture frame making, book folding, book mark making, tie dye t shirts, face painting to name just a few things!

New Jo Jingles Term

It’s a new term of Jo Jingles and you were so excited that you wanted to go in your Jo Jingles t shirt and with your Jo Jingles doll!

Mummy loves watching you at Jo Jingles – you have all the moves and still love going!

To make sure we were well on time we popped in to town for a coffee and cake treat first.

Wheelgate

Mummy has bought you annual passes to Twinlakes but until today we hadn’t visited it’s sister park Wheelgate.

It was one of the hottest days of the year so when we weren’t in rides we were sat in the shade or splashing about in the water park!
