Fruit Picking & Bike Ride

It’s that time of year again when the fruit in the fields gets it lovely red colour and (provided you’ve booked) you can go and pick them!

You were both very good and didn’t want to eat any until after we’d paid (despite how your lips look!) – it was nice to see such a strong moral compass 😊

Once we’d got back we met up with Nana and went for a socially distant picnic in the University and just managed to dodge the showers!

A new Christmas tradition

Given this was our first year without Grandad we decided to do something a bit different and we headed out for lunch on the 27th with Nana, Auntie Cath and Mr Darren.

It made a nice change m, and who knows it maybe something we decided to do more regularly. Your pudding was certainly impressive!

Highway Rats

Mummy and Nana decided we needed some fresh air today so we headed off on a Highway Rat Trail. It had seemed like a good idea but it turned out to be absolutely freezing cold! Jessica enjoyed splashing in puddles and poking icey puddles with a big stick!

The cold didn’t seem to bother Isabelle as much though (as ever) and she loved playing on the outdoor play area even though Nana and Mummy wanted to be in the cafe with hot drinks!

Christmas Carol Concert

Tonight you went to a carol concert with Nana, Nana Brown and Aunty Cath.

When you got back you chose your carrot for Rudolph and put a mince pie and sherry out for Santa.

Just before Daddy and Mummy went to bed we caught a glimpse of someone delivering your presents…!
